there was a group of frogs living in a well, who had never ever seen the world outside the well. they used to swim from one end of the well to another and practically did whatever they could inorder to get out of the well so that they could understand the world outside. but they always went short of luck and never ever could see the world outside the well. in short, it was "beyond their limit of physical, mental and emotional capabilities to realise the world outside".

as the days passed, the frogs started to quarrel among each other for supremacy over the well. the fight continued till one of the frog faced fatal blows and collapsed to death. however this didnt sedate the tension between the frogs, but ironically aggravated it. among these frogs there was a "Spiritual frog". It sensed that this chaos would be catastrophic if the current mindset of the frogs is not altered. It asked its fellow frogs to render their ears for an important announcement. The rest of the frogs took out some time to listen to the spiritual frog.
The spiritual frog told "my friends, i just had a vision that someone is there, who wants to help us see the world outside. but he would do so only if we to stop our fight".
all the other frogs exclaimed in unison "what?!!!".
to this the spiritual frog told "yes my friends, he showered his grace onto me me and lifted me to show the outside world". one of the frog said "is it true? how can we believe u? have is he to look?"
the spiritual frog said "YES, I HAVE SEEN HIM, HE IS OMNIPRESENT, OMNISCIENT, OMNIPOTENT, HE IS JUST WAITING FOR US TO STOP OUR FIGHTS AND YEARN HIS HELP".
the other frog said, "then why cant we see him? how could u see him? can u show where he is?"
to this the spiritual frog told "Since u are always busy in fighting u r unable to see him. i have deduced a path to reach him, to see him. i can surely present it to u if u can surrender all ur weapons and follow my principles"
to this all the frogs nodded and surrendered their weapons and started to listen to the spiritual frog. Soon the spiritual frog put forth a big list of activities which no frog could achieve in one lifetime. he called it as "holy book". This made sure that no one could complete their activities before they died, and hence the spiritual frog escaped from getting caught of its deceit. but however something unexpected happened. one of the frogs called brahman, came to know that spiritual frog was deceiving everyone. but he realised the rationale behind this act. he soon realised that if the spiritual frog had not tricked them, then every one should have been killed by fighting each other. so he joined his hands with the spiritual frog. soon the spiritual frog said that only brahman has that special divine quality to envision that person who is looking out to help them. since then everybody started to respect brahman and soon his legacy was carried by his off springs.
several days passed by and a group of frogs started doubting that the brahmans & spiritual frogs were fake. soon they understood that their suspicion was indeed right. they denounced their spiritual odyssey. everybody called them "atheist frogs". these atheist frogs formed their own group and constantly struggled to make their fellow frogs aware of the delusion caused by the spiritual and the brahman frogs.
as time elapsed, a big contingent of frogs were following the holy book "religioulsy". there was another contingent of frogs who were caught in a confusion of whats happening around and wandered without any clear understanding in their mind.

so this brings us to the end of this story of frogs in a far well, where
1. spiritual and brahman frogs continued to control others by deceiving them. they gave a "holy book", and some went on to append few more dogmas by writing "holy scriptures" in order to get a strong hold on the rest of the frog community.
2. atheist frogs continued to fight for justice.
3. religious frogs who blindly followed the spiritual and brahman frogs.
4. others simply wandered without understanding whats happening around.
